- New Customers
Prospective customers are requested to fill-up Emerald
Chemicals, Inc. (ECI) customer's information sheet. This will help the
management evaluate the credit worthiness and legal existence of the new or
prospective customers.
- Terms of Payment
New customers are initially required to pay either in cash or
dated check until such time that ECI management extends a credit line to such
new customer. Post-dated check is also accepted depending on the result of
credit investigation conducted by ECI credit department.
c) Deliveries
ECI delivers its chemicals through lorry tanks for bulk
deliveries and stake trucks for carboy and dry chemicals. Normally, a minimum
quantity is required for free delivery of the chemicals within Metro Manila. A
minimum one-day is requested for delivery lead-time.
